Santiago, 23 de septiembre 2020.- Este jueves 24 de septiembre a las 10:15 horas se vota en la Comisi\u00f3n de Constituci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Diputadas y Diputados, las indicaciones que proteger\u00e1n a las y los usuarios que cultivan cannabis para fines personales y medicinales. La esperada discusi\u00f3n ocurre en medio de la pol\u00e9mica por el aumento de la persecuci\u00f3n de pacientes que han sido violentados por los cuerpos policiales del pa\u00eds en medio de allanamientos e incautaciones, en los que insisten en confundir el consumo personal y medicinal con el microtr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n

La aprobaci\u00f3n de dichas indicaciones, ser\u00eda un avance in\u00e9dito en Chile, sum\u00e1ndose a las reformas en Latinoam\u00e9rica en materia de protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de usuarios de cannabis medicinal.<\/p>\n

Hoy se suman Daniel Jadue, alcalde de Recoleta; Juan Carrasco, alcalde de Quilicura; y Gonzalo Montoya, alcalde de Macul, a la declaraci\u00f3n dada a conocer anteriormente por centros de pensamiento y organizaciones expertas en el tema. Fundaci\u00f3n Chile 21, Asociaci\u00f3n de Pensamiento Penal, Fundaci\u00f3n Pro Acceso, entre otros, alertaron del peligro y se\u00f1alaron la oportunidad que tienen hoy los parlamentarios de terminar con la persecuci\u00f3n de usuarios.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
