Seg\u00fan la tabla del d\u00eda, diputadas y diputados deber\u00e1n votar el informe de la comisi\u00f3n mixta que incorpora la indicaci\u00f3n que distingue el uso medicinal del cannabis.<\/p>\n<p>En el contexto de la Ley Anti Narcos, se incorpora una modificaci\u00f3n a la ley 20.000 que permitir\u00e1 distinguir con mayor claridad el cultivo personal con fines m\u00e9dicos, actualmente despenalizado en Chile. Mediante la presentaci\u00f3n de la receta m\u00e9dica, se evitar\u00e1n procedimientos policiales injustos donde pacientes son tratados como delincuentes.<\/p>\n<p>Nos reuniremos frente al Congreso Nacional para hacer sentir nuestra demanda de dejar de perseguir a usuarios medicinales que optan por cultivar sus propias plantas, actualmente contemplado en la ley.
